Overdose on caffine can leave an individual feeling noxious. Eph also has some potent side efects taht may lead to heart problems, so be careful and listen to your body.Ĭaffine- Stimulant. Ephedrine has a half life of about 4 hours, which is how I schedule my doses. Thus, by kicking your brown fat into overdrive it starts to burn white fat, hence making it a fat cutter. The mitochrondria of Brown fat obtain most of there substrate for energy production from white fat(i.e the stuff around your gut and arse). Brown fat is a very low proportion of fat an adult, spread diffusly about the body, and has a high number of mitochrondria. Ephedrine is a thermogenic compound that causes an increase in the metabolism of Brown fat. So lets talk about the stack and its design. I havn't done before or after shots or anything, but i'm down about 4 belt notches and up a ton of compliments. I've been on thsi stack for about 4 months with regular 45-60min weight training sessions(4-5/week) and 30min cadio sessions(3-4/week). A total of ~75mg Eph, 900-1000mg aspirin, and 600mg Caffine. For best results it is recommended to be taken 3 times per day. The caffine comes in 200mg tabs or 100mg tabs, so the math is not hard. The Eph comes in 8mg tabs, so 3 of these gives a good approx dosage, and aspirin comes in 325mg tabs, so close enough. So assuming you are going to take a ~25mg dose of Eph, that would make need for 300mg Aspirin and 200mg Caffine. Most literature I've read has recommended a 15:10:1 Aspirin:Caffine:Ephedrin, and this has worked for me. Still legal as an "oral nasal decongestant"), Caffine, and Aspirin. Obviously with only being on it for about a week i cant give my complete input on it.ġ6mg Ephedrine (i take more the first dose because i usually work out right after taking Dose 1 for the added adrenaline rush) Even after a week i believe this is a great way to cut. I just cut down on the ephedrine and my sleep cycle is better now. ![]() the ephedrine can sometimes attribute to some sleep loss, the first three days i had 3 hours of sleep combined. WARNING: make sure you start with a small does of the ephedrine. The appetite suppression really helps you getting through with fasting part. I also coupled the stack with intermittent fasting. ![]() Ive just started this stack and after a week i must say it works well. Additionally, try to leave at least 6 hours between your last dose and bedtime to prevent it from fucking with your sleep. If you don't have any negative side effects, stick with the dosing protocol from Day 6 until you are done. Common advice is also that taking Yohimbe and doing an EC stack at the same time is not 100% safe and has potential for negative side effects, though how far from being 100% safe and the magnitude of those side effects has never been specified in what I've read. Yohimbe is not going to be all that value unless you're at a really low bodyfat percentage already, which I seriously doubt you are.
